"Change your life today. Don't gamble on the future, act now, don't delay" -Simone de Beauvoir

Welcome to my webpage! Here you can examine all the assignments I completed in Junior Seminar this year. Enjoy!

My family consists of my mother, my father, and my five siblings. They all mean the world to me. Sierra is 14, Elijah is 12, Lucy is 10, Hannah is 8, and Zariah will be 6 in December. We have 2 dogs, Ponyo and Chief, and a bunch of cats. As a family we hike and play outside a lot. We’re also a very competitive family. Sports are a big part of what we do, and an even bigger part of who I am. Whether it was basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Powerlifting, Cross Country, or Track I have always been involved. But currently I am only in Soccer, Powerlifting, and Track. This past year I had the chance to compete in the United States High School Powerlifting National Championships. There I placed 1st, through the season I also competed in many other lifting competitions. To see my accomplishments, you can click here to go to the lifting database. You can also click on the picture to the left and it will also bring you there. I also was on the Unity-St. Croix Falls Soccer team, where we almost made to the sectional finals, and in Track this past year I was able to compete in the state track meet in all of my running events.

I also really enjoy photography and cooking. Being in such a big family my mom and dad were always busy, so I learned how to make homemade meals at a very young age. There are so many different possibilities when cooking. Flavor, Spice, Heat, and Presentation all go into how people feel when presented with the dish. On the other hand, I also love photography because each picture demonstrates how the person sees the thing they’re taking a picture of. I normally love capturing the beauty of sunsets or just nature in general.

In the future I plan to attend college at either University of Minnesota, Duluth, Eau Claire, or Winona to become an athletic trainer. While in college I hope to continue my sports careers.
