Tristen Olson

Here you will find all of the activitys I have done throughout my Junior year and alittle bit about me!

On July 9th, 2002 I was born as a blue-eyed baby girl named Tristen LaDonna Olson. As life continued I was no longer the only child in my family. My parents Jestin and Mandy Olson had my two younger brothers Talen and Taren, all of us four years apart making it hard for my brothers to remember our annual road trip to Flordia. Growing up in the secluded town of St. Croix Falls was definitely an eventful time, being is such a small town definitely puts you out of your own mind when not involved in the small school social scale. The summer before my junior year I decided to go out for Miss St. Croix Falls with my friends, deciding it would be a good opportunity and experience to get involved in we went through the whole process. The interviews where hard and all of the speeches we had to memorize became hard to keep up with along with the pressure of the unknown onstage question. Throughout this time my friends and I worked nonstop together non-competitively, no worries about who would get the titles. At the end of this process came coronation and all of the speeches went well. When it became time to announce the titleholders we all stood up and waited for the past royalty to place the crowns on. One by one-third princess was placed, the second and then there was me and one other girl, then Miss Congeniality was announced and I was given that title. The first princess was announced and then Queen was. I was crowned Miss Congeniality and Miss St. Croix Falls of 2019-2020. I also received my license and got my job at Menards , click the link to check out all of our deals and discounts.

“Happiness is a choice, not a result.
Nothing will make you happy until you choose to be happy.
No person will make you happy unless you decide to be happy.
Your happiness will not come to you.
It can only come from you.”

In school, I’ve always been one to procrastinate to take time to relax, now a Junior in SCFHS I have learned to properly distribute my time. Motivation to me is my ability to relax and take a step back from life just to read a good book after a stressful cramming period. As the hobbies that I endure in, I classify myself as a huge nerd when it comes to books, I’m always looking for a new book and free time to read anything that involves more of an out of world fantasized genre, I love reading about the possibility and dreams of accomplishment of adventure.
My future plans are very unclear but I have narrowed it down to two distinctive possibilities. I’ve always wanted to be able to help people, in any way possible to just make there day and help them feel better about themselves. This was a relatively clear path to choose from the health industry or law enforcement. Id love to work at the St. Judes Children Hospital to dedicate myself to be apart of someone’s journey to recovery. Another career path I could possibly go down would be in law enforcement, my ultimate goal would be able to work up to a Homicide detective, although this would be a very long journey I am able to go anywhere in either of these fields, so it gives me plenty of options to choose from. The only thing that runs through my head when I think of my future would be “Do I really want to do that for the rest of my life?”

“Miracles start to happen when you give as much energy to your dreams as you do to your fears.”
