"Nothing is better than going home to family and eating good food and relaxing." -Irina Shayk
Welcome to my page! Here you will find a little bit about me and by clicking the links above, you will find a collection of my junior seminar work.

It all started in Minnesota, when I was born to Nicole Ortloff and Christopher Rehberg. This seventeen years ago though and so much has happened since then. Three years after I was born, my sister, Aimee, was born and my parents got married. In the four years following, my parents had two more daughters, Jolee and Rochelle. When I was in third grade, which was two years after my youngest sister was born, my parents got a divorce. During the summer before fourth grade I moved to St. Croix Falls, which is where my dad met my stepmom. I am now the oldest of 9 kids, seven girls and one boy. This is pretty normal for me though, seeing as my mom has nine siblings and my dad has five, so I have always been surrounded by a large family.

My mom and I have always shared an interest in animals. Currently, between my two households, I have three dogs, six cats, four guinea pigs, a rabbit, and a fish. This also may seem like a lot, but it's nothing new for me. I don't ever remember a time where I didn't have multiple pets while growing up.

I continually find ways to be busy, I enjoy being involved in many extracurricular activities like NHS, SOS, clowns, forensics, kinship, band, choir, youth group and anything that keeps me connected with the younger kids, a few months ago I attended 5th grade camp as a counselor and I recently helped with the freshmen respect retreat. Although I am pretty involved in the clubs at school, I'm not really involved with the sports, at least not so much anymore. When I was younger I was in gymnastics, karate, soccer, and volleyball but it turns out those wern't the right environments for me. Yes, I enjoyed all of those sports, but I rather put my time into something that I can get more out of, like hunting and fishing with my grandparents, I get to do something that I enjoy doing while spending quality time with them. Although I am no longer involved in the sports at school, I still enjoy watching the Twins, Vikings, and Wild play throughout the year.

My biggest motive is curiosity. I enjoy living in the moment, appreciating the small things but I'm also looking forward to what's next and how my life will pan out. I have always had a huge interest in traveling and photography and although I haven't completely decided on what I want to do after high school, I do know that I'm ready for whatever is in store for me.

"Curiosity is, in great and generous minds, the first passion and the last." -Samuel Johnson
