Hi, I’m Wrayanna Van Buskirk and my life is kinda crazy. It all started on Tuesday, July 1st, 2003, at 7:56 pm. I live with my mother Sue my father Doug and my older brother Clay. We live west of Cushing in a small community called Wolf Creek, even though most, including my self, call it “The Barrens”, because, well my house is located in the middle of nowhere. These people have played a gigantic role in my life, creating who I am today. Starting as a young kid I have always loved animals, for the majority of my life, I have had two dogs four cats and a few fish and a bird. As of two years ago, I got a loving german shepherd named Bella. My bond with her is really unexplainable, she has just always ben there for me. When I was 10 I started riding horses as a hobby, and as of today I still pursue that hobby. I now work at a wildlife educational park called Fawn-Doe-Rosa During the summer my job is to give little kids pony rides, but when it comes to fall I just take care of animals and talk to people! Since I was little I have always loved to bake. During Christmas, my aunt and my grandma would come up to our house and we would all bake Christmas cookies. I feel that this is what inspired my love for baking. I have made many things, from making cupcakes to chocolate moose pies. My other favorite thing to do is hunt. My whole life my family has hunted and fished. Around the age of five is when I first started to fish. I would always go out with my brother and dad and sit on the river or the lake and try to catch the most fish. As a young girl, I would go sit out in the deer stand with my dad and brother. And when I was old enough I started to go by myself. Just a few years ago I also started duck/bird hunting. I really enjoy hunting because I get to witness all of the beautiful parts of nature and the things we take for granted. Something so simple is so beautiful.
